Convenience Collision Incorporated (CCI) of Bangor, Pa was founded January. 1, 2001 by Matthew and Lilliana Zielenbach. We have strived to provide the highest quality repairs possible by using only the best paint products on the market. Customer satisfaction has always been first and foremost. When the client is satisfied then the vehicle becomes top priority, but equally important is all the people that will see our clients vehicle. We have found that over the years about 95% of people do not take notice of any flaws until a neighbor or friend points them out. This is why we are so concerned about what everyone else will think of our repairs. CCI takes pride in the fact that most of their business comes from referrals. CCI is always striving to better the quality of our repairs while being concerened about the enviroment, this is why CCI has made the committment to being GREEN. By switching our paint to waterborne, we reduce hazardous VOC's by about 50%. This makes the work enviroment safer not only for our employees but also keeps our enviroment clean as well.
For many years CCI has been a recommended repair facility for Hunterdon BMW and their clients. Matthew used to work for Hunterdon BMW back in 2000, that is how CCI ended up doing BMW's referral work. CCI also is a referred auto body repair facility for Halterman's Toyota . CCI works with all insurance companies to put your vehicle back to manufacturers specifications. We have all the necessary equipment to do just that, from computer diagnostics to a computerized 4 wheel alignment machine, we have the experience and knowledge the make any car as good as new. CCI is committed to serving our clients, that is why we offer rental assistance and a relaxing customer lounge for them when they drop off their vehicles.
