1969 Austin America

The Austin America was similar to the Mini Cooper or the Morris of its day. The vehicle came in manual transmission or automatic. The problem with the automatic was at around 12,000 it would require a rebuild. That being said because the vehicle was so under powered most people did Mini Cooper manual swaps which were extremely easy swaps. This car was delivered to the client as a automatic but later had the conversion to a Mini 4 speed manual.
