“Matt and his team are absolute, consummate professionals, although what stands out the most for me is their "Mom and Pop" mentality when it comes to their clients. That is a rare quality that sadly most of us have come to think of as existing only in the past during our grandparents' time. After my BMW X3 was smashed into by a distracted driver, Matt and his team helped me out tremendously and at every turn. From the very beginning of my extraordinarily stressful ordeal, they truly went above-and-beyond when it comes to the time spent with me to explain how I could advocate for my situation...often times these conversations even took place outside of their work hours to convene my schedule! They quoted the law to educate me to make sure that I fully understood what my legal rights were...who does that nowadays?!?!?!? I live in the Bridegwater, NJ, area but I can tell you that I would never hesitate to reach out to them should I ever need them again. These are people you can actually trust. “I have a Porsche targa 4S. The rear bumper guard got damaged in a parking lot. Matt and his team did a fantastic job. They picked up my car In NJ (thank you Chris!) and returned it a week later. Not only did they fix the bumper guard but also other little things. Very meticulous service: they clearly like their job and take pride in it. Even better, the original estimate (based on pictures of the damage) was cut by almost 50% after they did the job! Trustworthy will be my key word. If I had only one complain is the difficulty to get returned call from Matt. Luckily, Preston is there to manage and well.”
“I was referred to Convenience Collision by my wife’s co-worker. I then read the positive reviews online just as you are now. I needed some minor body work done to my 2012 Centennial Edition Corvette Grand Sport about 4 months ago. This car is very special to me and I didn’t want to go to just any body shop. Right from the get go my experience with both Preston and Matthew (the owner) was extremely positive. My car was ready on time as promised and looked fantastic. However, about a month later I noticed an issue with the finish on the front bumper. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. I brought the car back in to discuss the issue and Matt was more upset than I was. He could not apologize enough for the inconvenience and promised to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I work in customer service for an IT company and understand that things happen from time to time, problems do occur. It’s how they are handled and resolved that make all the difference. Matt prioritized my car, provided a loaner car, and returned it in just a few days looking like new again. It has been a few months and no additional issues have come up. Even though there was an issue, I was happy with the level of service I received enough to return to CC when I needed my Infiniti repaired after a multi-car accident happened in front of me and I didn’t have enough room to stop. The car looked like brand new when I arrived to pick it up and I couldn’t be happier! I HOPE I don’t need their services again anytime in the near future but if I do need body work done, at least I know where I’m going to bring my car.”

“Matthew and Preston did a great job in repairing my BMW X3 from a rear end collision. They were referred by my local NJ BMW dealer and they came and picked up the car on a flatbed and drove it 2 hrs back their shop, then delivered it when the repairs were complete. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf when they found additional damage the adjuster didn't see. And the car looks fantastic - even the inside looks brand new.
